If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your online purchase you can do so within 14 calendar days of your purchase. However should your purchase arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@berberdew.com.

 

To be eligible for a refund to the value of the product purchased, the product must arrive at BerberDew safely in all of its original packaging, undamaged, unopened, and in a fully resalable condition. The cost of return will be at the expense of the buyer, and we cannot be held responsible for damages incurred in transit due to courier negligence if our own special packaging has not been used to ensure safe transport. We strongly recommend the use of a recorded service.

 

Upon receipt of your item a customer care representative will be in touch and your refund processed accordingly. You can either be refunded to the original payment method used or be given a credit towards a future purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.
